Showing you how to cook an easy salmon recipe without using oil!
Salmon is one my favourite go to protein sources. High in Vitamin B12 for energy production, source of Omega 3-s that your body cannot make so you need it from food, source of potassium and selenium. It's a nutritional powerhouse!

Here i got my salmon from a local company called @my.meatbox that just started so giving some love to them providing a good meat delivery! for 4 piece of salmon and 4 bigggg piece of mackerel altogether RM99. I would top it off with the lamb or the grass fed beef boxes.
